After a great deal of debate, my college-aged daughter and I chose Paper Plum for our planners. We examined planners from Erin Condren (very close 2nd), Passion Planner and gobs of others.
Overall, the choice came down to:
3. Page choices
4. Ability to choose colors for covers
So, right off the bat, my cover design was correct, but Plum Paper didn’t customize the color. I will be contacting them about that.
News: Just one day later, they offered to replace my planner and send a shipping paid envelope to retrieve mine OR get 25% refund on my order.
I opted for the refund since I don’t want this beautiful planner to go to waste.
The wording was kind and very applogetic. Points for good customer service.
Nice quality paper, beautiful design, just enough color on the pages to make it fun and something you want to look at each day and the frosted covers are very nice.
Hannah got the Fitness section and I got….
…the Direct Sales pages:
And I added blank checklist/chart pages:
Then as one of their standard formats, we went with their horizontal style pages and got some standard pages and a great pocket at the end:
I will update my post to edit the photos soon…and will let you know about my customer service experience.
